Terran build order to prevent a rush:
1. Construct SCVs up until you hit 9/9 supply. Make sure to place the rally point on minerals so that they harvest the moment they come from the command center.
2. The instant your 9th SCV is created rush it to the ramp and build a supply depot. Have a SCV in the queue in the command center.
3. When the supply depot completes, use that SCV to build a barracks snug up against the supply depot to form a wall before the ramp. Continue creating SCVs while this is taking place.
4. At 13 supply have an SCV build a refinery. While this is mounting, get the first SCV to build another supply directly by the barracks. The wall will now be finished.
5. The refinery and barracks should both be finishing up now and immediately after they do make sure your current SCV queue is empty and advance to an orbital command.
6. Set two more SCVs to harvest gas from the refinery you just constructed. Also have one of the SCVs build another supply.
7. As the supply is being built train 3 or 4 marines from the barracks.
8. Get yourself a tech lab add-on for your barracks and start constructing 1 or 2 additional barracks.
9. When the orbital command is completed, call down a MULE to harvest minerals. MULEs survive 20 seconds and gather at double the pace of SCVs, so use them whenever you can.
From here on out it is your decision. I suggest mass producing marines and marauders from your barracks until you have a decent sized army. Attack once you are fairly certain you can do some damage. Make use of scans within the orbital command to spy on the other players and find out when your army can conquer them.
