StarCraft 2 is a video game categorized by its military science fiction themes. The game was first released to the public in July 2010 by developer Blizzard Entertainment for Microsoft Windows and Nintendo. Have you been looking at the StarCraft 2 League? To gain rank within the league you have to just play and play frequently. Rank is based on the number of games you play versus the number of games your win.
StarCraft 2 is another version in the StarCraft series. Original characters Sarah Kerrigan, Jim Raynor, Zeratul, Artanis and Arcturus Mengsk continued to be ever present and active parts of the storyline. New characters have also been added to the program including Tychus Fundlay and Rory Swann. The worlds form the original series play an important role. Players will find themselves visiting Tarsonis, Char, Sara and Mar along with some new places like New Folsom and Bel’Shir. As the storyline StarCraft 2 develops, players will discover that Kerrigan, who concluded the last series with tremendous amounts of power, has not been heard from in four years after her retreat to Char. The storyline picks up four years after the Blood War where the Dominion is being rebuilt into a power. With Kerrigan out of the picture, Jim Raynor is left to lead a revolution of his own with a group called Raynor’s Raiders. The mission carried out by the Raiders ultimately takes Raynor and his forces to Char where they encounter Kerrigan and reunited Raynor with Kerrigan.
StarCraft is one of the largest e-sports competitions in the world. Previous versions of the game have been excessively popular. There are leagues which have formed throughout the world with the United States league started in February 2011. Soon after its introduction the league has become one of the most popular e-sport leagues in the world.
